Our trailers are built to withstand any weather conditions, thanks to the welded weather-resistant frame, aluminum roof, and sides, and weather-resistant sealed undercarriage. The durable resin or stainless galley countertop provides a functional and stylish space for all your cooking needs.

When it’s time to rest, you’ll find comfort on the memory foam full-size mattress. Two rear stabilizing jacks and a front trailer jack support ensure stability wherever you go.

Choose the FREEDOM MAX with the Renogy 2000 watt inverter (pure-sine), rear welded 2” receiver, 115V plugs in the cabin and galley, and a LARGE fridge/cooler area in the galley. Nathan was so transparent through the build process we are so happy with the customizations we were able to add to our trailer. What is your favorite feature about this trailer?

My favorite thing is its inclusiveness. Everything I might need while exploring is conveniently packaged in this compact trailer.

How has owning this trailer changed the way you camp?

I used to be a tent camper. Now I am a trailer camper.

There are many trailer options on the market, what made you go with a Second Wind trailer?

It was fortuitous. I was hiking and encountered a Second Wind Trailer and it’s owner. He raved about the trailer and that began my investigation into this trailer.

How often are you camping?

I just received my trailer 2 months ago. Due to some personal issues I have had to slow down my camping this summer. I have used it 3 times, but plan to use it for an extended journey in 2024.

We all go camping for different reasons, what is yours?

I enjoy nature. I like being in places little touched by humanity.

What vehicle are you towing your trailer with?

I have a 2023 Subaru Outback.

If you could describe this trailer in one word, what would that word be?

Complete.

Purchasing a Second Wind Teardrop has been outstanding. Having the ability to semi customize it is a major game player. Nathan has had terrific communications, he is just a text away when you have questions. Even after the purchase has been completed he continues to talk through improvements with me and has sent some parts after the fact for me to try out on the rig. We are excited to have a full Coast Guard Edition teardrop trailer.

What is your favorite feature about this trailer?

My favorite feature is the graphics. It has been a head turner.

How has owning this trailer changed the way you camp?

With the smaller rig we are able to get into tighter spots that our 38’ rig cannot.

There are many trailer options on the market, what made you go with a Second Wind trailer?

Because y’all offer a Coast Guard special edition.

How often are you camping?

Full Time.

To spend more time with the family and see unique destinations

What vehicle are you towing your trailer with?

The primary is a 2022 RAM 3500 but likely to change soon. We want to add a small more nimble vehicle to tow it.

If you could describe this trailer in one word, what would that word be?

Amazing.

Nathan did an outstanding job resolving a 12v problem with my NuCamp Tab 320 S Boondock teardrop trailer w/ two Battle Born LiFePO4 batteries. He has a strong understanding of electrical and other systems, patience, and he used high quality parts. I'm grateful. He resolved a problem that has been intermittent, then became permanent. It had evaded other service folks for three years. I highly recommend him and his business.
